this year is a little special as we welcome thaipusam, chinese new year, and ramadan all in the same month. it’s a beautiful reminder of malaysia’s rich culture, with different traditions coming together as one. we’ll be open daily from 0830 to 2100 starting tomorrow, offering two ethiopian options in the hopper and delivering a delicate cuppa throughout this blessed season.

it started with curiosity, then came long days of roast adjustments, cupping, and constant calibration. every batch taught us something, and every cup revealed the terroir and hard work.

almost a year of running our roastery, this journey has been about listening closely. to the coffee, the process, the people behind it, and the ones we brew for.

mesina coffee, located in southern ethiopia, comes from the guji region. grown primarily by smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom varietals, they reflect both the terroir and farming practices of the region, resulting in cups that are lively, elegant, and full of character.

as we welcome the new year, we’re showcasing this coffee as our espresso base, with tasting notes of cherry, black forest cake, strawberry, and jasmine. a good cup to start the year.
