Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stellar Coffee.

Order Processing

To ensure freshness, all coffee beans are roasted weekly in small batches.

  • Cut-off time: Monday, 12:00 PM (MYT)

  • Order arrangement and preparation (roasting and packing) take place every Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Orders are shipped every Thursday and Friday

Orders placed before the cut-off will be included in the same week’s roast and dispatch.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the following week’s batch.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship throughout Malaysia using reliable courier partners. Delivery of orders will be arranged after order processing has been completed. 

Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
East Malaysia: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Estimated delivery times generally range from 5–21 business days depending on the destination country and courier service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stellar Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
