Returns

Due to the nature of our products (including food items such as coffee), we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable items

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
